Progress-doc-only PR: CLAUDE.md gains the D3 entry (store layer — sparse value store, one-hop code_hash, fingerprints, tail-recompute, R5 fina horizon unification; review verdict + fix commit + D4 notes) and the merged-PR list gains #90/#91. AGENTS.md kept byte-identical via cp. No code changes.
